The performance of our Wi-Fi enabled devices are primarily dependent on the signal strength of your home/office Wi-Fi Network. If your Wi-Fi signal is weak, we recommend you use a Wi-Fi Booster/Extender to improve the signal strength, which generally improves the performance of all smart devices.

No, there are no subscription fees to pay to operate our devices.

No, the majority of our products require just simple easy DIY installation with a plug, pair and play setup process. However, we do recommend you use a professionally qualified installer for Heating thermostats and electrical switches for purposes of safety.

In the event of electrical power loss, Wi-Fi enabled devices will lose connection during the power loss and will instantly resume connection and full operation with all your settings saved, when power is restored. Many of our devices will send a notification to your smartphone if this occurs.
Bluetooth enabled battery operated devices will not be affected in the event of an electrical power cut in your home/office. These devices will continue to operate as normal.

Your data safety is very important to us and we want to ensure you have the freedom of control of your personal data.

To request deletion of your IKCONECT Smart App account and all Personal Data about you. Please use the following steps in the IKCONECT app:

1. Select “Me” icon on app homepage
2. Select “Settings”
3. Select “Account and Security”
4. Select “Delete Account”

When you confirm the deletion of your account, your IKCONECT app account and all of your personal data will be deleted accordingly.

Alternatively, you can also request for us to delete your Ikconect smart app account. Please email us at datacontroller@ikconect.com with the subject ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

Once we receive your request, we will verify your account and arrange for the prompt deletion of your app account and all your personal data.
