To request deletion of your IKCONECT Smart App account and all Personal Data about you. Please use the following steps in the IKCONECT app:
1. Select “Me” icon on app homepage
2. Select “Settings”
3. Select “Account and Security”
4. Select “Delete Account”
When you confirm the deletion of your account, your IKCONECT app account and all of your personal data will be deleted accordingly.
Alternatively, you can also request for us to delete your Ikconect smart app account. Please email us at datacontroller@ikconect.com with the subject ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST
Once we receive your request, we will verify your account and arrange for the prompt deletion of your app account and all your personal data.
